Guardian Mortgage Company interview questions

Sat down and spoke to Carlo (branch manager) had a nice lunch, talked about life, quickly went over benefits, asked me about myself, would have his district manager call me, later that day Trey called, nothing out of the ordinary, asked alot about production etc, made an offer that I couldn't refuse (think they were having a hard time staffing the new branch)

Very thorough. Interviewed with everyone I would be working with. HR did the vetting. Was walked around the entire office and explained the history of the company. Thoroughly explained the position and the benefits.
