Phone interview with HR was fine. Video interview with hiring manager was odd...she had no questions prepared other than "tell me about yourself." From there, she didn't ask much. I felt like I was not given proper consideration. Additionally, she told me I would meet with more members of the team as a next step and then received an email from HR saying that I was not moving forward. Very misleading.
