Got offered a phone interview a week after I sent in the application. As a foreigner I believe it was the first step in the recruitment. The actual interview went rather bad, not extremely bad but I could have done better. The interviewer sounded really bored right from the start and I felt almost not welcomed. Even though I was interviewing for a junior position/ entry level job the questions were kind of hard.
