I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at GuideSpark (Portland, OR)
Interview
Lengthy for no reason but incompetence. From first interview to hire was...maybe, 4 months. About 6 interviews with 10 people total involved.
I saw someone interviewed and hired the next year for the same role, they were interviewed by maybe 4 people and hired in two weeks.
No wonder they never recovered and were sold off.

Question 1
Q: I don't even remember, but they were repetitive from different people. No consolidation of questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GuideSpark (New York, NY) in Dec 2017
Interview
Well communicated and straight forward! I always new where I stood in the process and proper timelines. If you can demonstrate an ability to critical think and navigate complex, enterprises, you will be fine!

Question 1
Can you describe your sales process? Can you tell me how you have worked with AE's in the past?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GuideSpark (New York, NY) in Jan 2019
Interview
Spoke with a recruiter for a phone screen and he proceeded to set me up with the sales manager. When I got on the call, it was not the sales manager but rather another AE. I then was set up to speak with a sales manager, an SDR manager and a senior AE. When I got on those calls, they were all junior AEs and Junior SDRs. Then the recruiter was unresponsive to my request to speak with a sales manager and finally was told they were not moving forward. Overall, everyone I spoke to sounded like they were reading off a script and ill-prepared for the call. Complete waste of time and the company has no idea how to run an interview process.
