1) Hiring screen. 2) Interview with the hiring manager.. Got that far and offered a final interview. The day before the recruiter told me that I needed a certification for the position and rescinded the invite for my final interview. They wasted my time. This could have been avoided by simply reading my resume. Very unprofessional . Not respectful of candidates time.
