Asked about educational experience and diff classroom scenarios. Gave me a tour of the facility and allowed me to observe the children during their work cycle. The HOS was kind, informative and answered all my questions.

The interview process was very confusing. The interviewer didn't even bother to ask me to tell about myself. Went directly to when can I start and salary expectation. I just never had an interview like this so it feels very uncomfortable.
