The interview process was both on the phone and in person. It was a pretty straight forward turn of events and was very professional. During the second interview, there was a second manager that sat in.
Interview process was very relaxed and stress free. Questions about music. Biggest focus was on availability rather than musical knowledge. Be enthusiastic and personable and you will land the job.
