Interview was given to me by an engineering employee recruiting for Gulfstream after relating with him on the type of work he pursued at the company. The interview was personal and relatively laid back. Questions were thoughtful and asked off a list. Questions were intended to call upon past experience and develop a vision of the interviewed's work ethic and workplace priorities. Specific hypothetical scenario questions were given.
