Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m genuinely sorry for the back-and-forth you encountered. I know it wasn’t ideal to be invited to interview, then told the role was closed, only to be contacted again and later receive a rejection. That inconsistency can be confusing and frustrating, and your feelings are completely valid.
We did have to adjust some business strategy during the process, and ultimately we made the decision to move forward with the candidate we felt was the best fit for both the position and Gurobi. Even so, I understand how the shifts in communication impacted you, and I truly appreciate your patience throughout the process.
