I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gusto (San Francisco, CA) in May 2015
Interview
A phone screen plus two rounds of interviews. First round was with two staff members, one product and one engineering. The second round was with 4 different people, including the CPO.
Most of the interviews included a white-boarding session where I would think through a problem with the interviewer.

Interview
Recruiter reached out to me for an initial screener and follow up conversation. The recruiter was a mess.
