Interview
There were 2 separate interviews. The first being a group interview where they broke is up into teams of about 4. Each group was asked to come up with a marketing campaign for the company. Group interview wasn't hard just try to have fun and smile a lot. The second interview was a brief hiring interview.

The interview process is unique and done in a few parts. There is a group interview where you interact with other applicants. They also ask you one on one questions in a more traditional interview setting.

What would you do if a customer wanted to speak to a manager?
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
