First you’ll participate in an online “interview” where you just record yourself answering questions and submit them. There’s a time limit for each question. Then from there you’ll asked to meet in person for an interview with the manager of the department you applied to. I was hired on the spot during the interview. Very casual, low pressure.

They are all about the customers, so a lot of the questions they would give you certain senatios to see how you would handle them. They are also very family oriented so they will ask you to tell them a little bit about yourself. That question is always the hardest for me

Interviewed twice, once with department manager and then with another manager. Both managers were kind and interested in my responses. After second interview I was given and offer and I accepted.
