Interview
Very easy simple, looking for people who love to smile and can sell certain products as well as being able to multi task. I loved working there and its such a great way to make friends and alot of room for improvement and going through different departments, and small stores can get pretty busy but adapting is very easy and makes time go by faster.

Interview
The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

Name a time I had to mitigate an issue with a co worker.
It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
