Reason cited for rejection was lack of experience. All interviews lacked structure and consisted of open-ended questions. No real technical questions.

I applied online. Was contacted several months later. I went through the full interview loop. Was told I wasn't a good fit for that particular team, so I went through a second full interview loop. The overall experience was fine, all behavioral questions. It was a negative experience because I never heard back after taking the time to do two full interview loops, which is pretty unacceptable.
