H E B Checker/Customer Service interview questions

After the online application and assessment, called in for a group interview. Very pre-school as we were handed paper and crayons (really??) to draw picture of yourself in job you applied for. Also asked to do an individual "advertisement" on product you were handed, as well as smaller group ad on buy one...get four. Then each applicant was given a 1:1 interview; interviewer read questions from a list. If selected, offered position on spot. Check your email or job application status within an hour after leaving-interviewer quick to update site. Company seems to be looking for stereotypical 18 to "30 something" employees; expect openings at WalMarts close by-several in this interview group applying due to higher wages. Existing employees at other HEB locations wanting a transfer given preference.
