1. Submit Your Application- Begin by filling out the online application form. You'll need to provide personal details, educational background, and teaching experience. Additionally, upload your TEFL certificate and degree. This information helps HAWO assess your qualifications and suitability for the role
2. Interview and Demo Lesson- If your application meets the criteria, a recruiter will contact you for an online interview. During this interview, you'll be asked questions about your teaching experience and motivation. You'll also conduct a 10–15 minute live demo lesson to showcase your teaching skills, energy, and classroom management.
3. Orientation- Upon passing the interview and demo lesson, you'll participate in a virtual orientation session. This session introduces you to HAWO's expectations, policies, and tools. You'll also be familiarized with the booking system and class management dashboard.
4. Training and Onboarding- Complete a series of self-paced training modules to get acquainted with lesson materials, the teaching platform, and best practices for working with young learners. After training, you'll submit required documents and sign the service agreement. This ensures you're fully prepared to start teaching.
5. Launch your teacher career - Once your profile is live and approved, you can open your teaching slots and begin receiving bookings. Most teachers start teaching within 7 to 14 days, depending on how quickly they complete the previous steps.
