There was a 3-step interview process. First, there was a phone interview with an HR representative. Next, I had a 1-on-1 interview with the department manager. Then, I had a group interview with the department manager, HR representative, and one member from the department team. All members made sure I was comfortable/relaxed (not nervous) before beginning the interview processes.
