My on-line application was first reviewed by Human Resources. I was then contacted by The Unit Manager and an interview was scheduled. I was interviewed by 2 members of the management team . The interview process was casual. I was asked a series of questions concerning my job experiences , skills, and expectations. I toured the unit and met the staff.
