I was contacted by LHH to apply for the 6-month contract role. The interviewers initially seemed uncomfortable or shocked when they saw me, even though it was obvious on paper that I am Hispanic. I’m not sure why I was interviewed if they didn’t think my experience matched the role. The job title is inflated; the job itself was just updating locations on published pages. Maybe someone else will have that experience. Interviewers should ask the real question they want answered, so not just say 'how do you stay organized?' Do you want to know how the candidate prioritizes work or the tools they used?
