First no clarity about the entire process. Typical 80-90s style where you carry your resume hardcopies in AI world now. Not a mature process. Definetly it will take time. Though the hiring team is polite. Also when rejecting senior member atleast they should give reason. Which indont think any company gives... Not sure why. Also value candidate time. When you schedule time candidates i am sure reach there running dying falling but on time. So they should respect that.
