I applied online. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The interview process was unconventional. I did not meet with anyone who had the authority to make a decision. I'd never been through a process where the peer interview came first. Also, the questions that I was asked were very elementary. I left out of there knowing that I would not have accepted the job if it were offered.

Question 1
Name the five project management processes and explain them.
It would be multi level discussions. From my experience they want to cover the technical aspects, system design and architecture. They will ask to build the architecture for problem statement and opt technologies which are best fit for it with reason.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Hyderābād) in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview was a smooth process. There were two rounds of technical interview followed by 1 round of HR. HR set an interview of 45 mins. It was a face to face interview. The interview was held by one person panel. Questions were regular.
