Interview
I was called for a phone interview then asked to come in person. The face to face interview was pretty standard, questions were predictable. I then was asked if I could shadow which I did. The nursing manager was not there when I left so I called the next day to thank her for the interview. I feel that both the interview and shadow went well but I haven’t heard from anyone in over a week.

What was a problem you had in your previous job and how did you handle it.
Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

Interview
I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.

Average interview experience. Lasted 30 minutes and shadowed unit. Interviewed by other RN as well. Asked typical interview questions. Very quick interview and hiring process. Took about 3-5 days to answer.
