I went to their career fair. Was asked which specialty I liked. The director interviewed me first with the usual questions but not really into the interview. She called the unit manager to take me up the floor and gave a tour. She explained the benefits of working there and asked few questions. Pretty much a casual conversation happened. Got an offer after a week.

Tell me something about yourself and why do you want to work with us
Very easy, they ask about a difficult time with a croaker and how you worked thru it. Pretty simple situational questions too.
Shadowing is almost immediately too and staff is nice
It was not very organized, it was a panel interview in which I was there for 7+ hours. I do not think an interview should take for than an hour including panel interviews, if you count a tour maybe max 3 hours. It is like working a full day
Good interview. Went quick. Had to shadow the nurses on the floor after sitting with manger for a hour then went back with manager to finish interview. Peer interview as well.
