Very easy, they ask about a difficult time with a croaker and how you worked thru it. Pretty simple situational questions too.
Shadowing is almost immediately too and staff is nice
The interview process was very easy. They need nurses so they make it really easy. A recruiter calls you and asks you a series of questions if they like you . You move on the next step which is when they fix a date.
It was not very organized, it was a panel interview in which I was there for 7+ hours. I do not think an interview should take for than an hour including panel interviews, if you count a tour maybe max 3 hours. It is like working a full day
Good interview. Went quick. Had to shadow the nurses on the floor after sitting with manger for a hour then went back with manager to finish interview. Peer interview as well.
