Job ads are found on Careerbuilder or Monster. Initial contact comes from HR Director. After initial phone interview, if recommended a phone interview with Director of Training and/or executive team member depending on proximity to headquarters. Final stage is on-site interview with a panel of managers. The presentation interview for Trainers is based on topics given by the Training Director.
