2. complete a 1-hour long mettl assessment
3. if you pass the assessment, you'll be placed into a training program from Jan-May
4. FINALLY, you get a guaranteed interview with a manager(so not guaranteed job offer after you spent months on their training program)
Final thoughts: the process takes WAY too long. You should interview candidates first and offer them a position on the basis that they complete the training program. People shouldn't be spending four months on a program just to be turned down from the job.
