      AI Project Manager-Biopharma Interview

      17 Apr 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Seattle, WA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HCLTech (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2026

      Interview

Cons: Inter-departmental Friction: During the process, interactions with cross-functional team members were surprisingly unprofessional and rude. It felt like there was significant internal tension rather than a collaborative environment. HR Communication Gap: The follow-up is nonexistent. After completing the interview stages, HR went completely silent. No updates, no status changes, and no responses to follow-up inquiries.
