Interview
HCL uses an application which apparently has a lot of glitches as my interview had to be rescheduled thrice as the panelist was unable to log-in. Eventually they had to shun that and set-up a teams call directly. During all the reschedules I had to wait for 10-15 mins with no information from the TA or the panelist and had to eventually drop off. When the interview did take place, it was quite a pleasant interaction. But post the interview there were no updates from the TA. After a few attempts (3-4 days after the interview) I was able to get in touch, only to hear that feedback had not been shared yet and there will be an update by tomorrow. A week or two since and yet to hear anything despite multiple attempts which leaves a bad taste overall about the interview experience personally.
It was good, the interviews were really nice and the questions asked were mostly from my previous company work experience. The onboarding was also smooth and background checks were done.

Interview
3-4 rounds of interview. The interview is centred on testing skills of the candidate for the role like analytical, inter personal, creative etc. It is generally interactive. First round is generally conducted by the manager, followed by Business Unit head and followed by HR team. One of the key things observed is how well you will fit into the team.
