HCLTech Strategic Partner Manager interview questions

The interview focused mainly on my background and skill set, and the process itself was fairly simple and straightforward. The hiring director was genuinely pleasant to deal with. However, all HR operations seem to run out of India, and the communication left a lot to be desired. Feedback was slow and unclear. I was eventually rejected via a brief WhatsApp message saying rejected, which felt surprisingly informal for a company of this size. I asked for further feedback and received nothing. If this is how the onboarding experience begins, it does make you wonder how partners and customers are treated further down the line.
