Interview process was ok. Technical round was bit tough. Managerial round was easy but leaves you bit confused. Overall the feedback is good. Response from HR is very slow. Need to do multiple follow ups.
I applied online. I interviewed at HCLTech (Bengaluru) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process was pathetic. People with good experience and knowledge were shortlisted and invited and treated badly by placing a creepy-psycho on panel. The person was not at all friendly, looked fishy, anxious and tensed by himself. It was as though some one was pre-selected and this interview was held just for namesake to show to higher-ups. The person behaved as though he has made up his mind even before the interview, to reject everyone by asking some namesake random questions which were very basic and very easy. He did not even bother to listen what the candidate was speaking. He was cutting short all the answers in between and jumping to next question. Obviously, this was all made up. I thought if I am the only one facing this but after coming out, everyone started saying the same thing. Definitely not a good sign for a company like HCL.
