Had a quick phone screen request after applying. I had a phone screen that went really well and had a positive conversation. The recruiter said she would definitely pass my name along, and said they would contact me within a few days. However the recruiter completely ghosted me. Then a few weeks later the recruiter reached out with another opportunity, with no mention of the other one. Then ghosted me again.
