This was a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager, asked about my technical skills, experience with tax preparation, and ability to analyze financial data.

All behavioral questions. The first interview was a 30-minute virtual interview. The second interview was in person, 90 minutes. The 90-minute interview is composed of 3 30-minute sessions, one with a partner, another with a senior manager, and the last as a Q&A with senior associates.
