Interview
I was referred by an existing employee, so my interview process began with my submission of resume and cover letter directly to the Branch Manager of the location I was applying for. Generally, applications are submitted online through their website. Following that, I was contacted by the Branch Manager to schedule an interview, which was conducted by one of his supervisors. The interview was brief, consisting of a few questions and a description of the job, and I was later contacted by email with the full application processing form required by HD Supply's head office in the U.S. This involved listing 5 professional references, each of whom were contacted by email and asked to respond to a questionnaire about my employment with them.

applied online, phone interviewed, talk about experience, follow up email to HR, no response, followed up with branch manager who told position was filled. Zero communication between corporate and branches. It was a big waste of time

The interview was normal with a phone screen first and an in person interview after. Meet with the branch manager and the district regional manager. Overall experience was good and the interview was pretty standard
