HDC MidAtlantic interview questions

I did a phone screening with a company they contract with, that was easy just a few questions. Went on site for an interview, met with HR rep, then two supervisors I'd have if I got the job. Everyone was professional and the interview questions were standard. Everyone seemed pretty friendly there, and the building/location is very nice, in downtown Lancaster, they offer free parking as well. I got a good positive vibe when interviewing there.

Very disorganized. Interviewer was late to interview. I was just being used as filler. Already decided to hire from within. This is the kind of process that is very discouraging to the prospect. Shows an utter lack of respect for people and their time.
