HELIX Environmental interview questions

Had a very positive experience with the interview process. The hiring manager reached out directly and coordinated an initial phone call/interview, followed by two onsite panel interviews. Panels consisted of personnel from different areas of the business. There was focus on both experience/qualifications and culture fit. The entire process took about one month, with regular feedback and updates provided throughout.

A seamless interview process from phone screening to online interviews to an in-person interview. All staff members were professional, timely, and friendly. Each interview was phased to make sure that I had the basic qualifications for the role, how my skills aligned with the job description and what gaps remained, how I would address those gaps, and what my overall goals were. The company had very good structures in place and topnotch communication with me throughout.
