It took place online. I should have recognised a red flag when they asked if it was okay to record the interview, but I didn't think much of that that time. Was asked about classroom management practices, but felt more like they were trying to get some advice from me. When I asked a question about the volume of lessons per week, they said they didn't know. I got a rejection email after that, and this seems like a recorded interview just to satisfy Fair Consideration Framework requirements. After all, which company would require initial recorded interviews if not for audit purposes?
