Interview
It was pretty quick and easy, they try to get to know you, to see your strengths and weakness to see if you're capable of doing the job right. The interview can be different for every one, they might ask you different questions than what they asked me, but all they're trying to do is to get to know you as a person. Mr. Rhodes always sees his employees as a family.

They just ask you if you're capable of doing certain things, I mean after all it is an established car dealership so they receive a high number of customers everyday, so you have to be quick so the work won't pile up on you. But the managers are a really big help to you.
