A few weeks after applying, I received a call from the HR manager. She wanted to schedule an in-office interview within the next day or two so I could meet some managers who were leaving town soon. The day before the interview, she called to let me know that plans had changed. The managers had left town ahead of schedule, so she set up a phone interview with a different person. I ended up having a pleasant phone interview but never heard back from them afterwards. The two people I dealt with were nice, but the whole process was disorganized and unprofessional.
