Interview
Straight forward: apply online, phone interview, in person panel style interview, and follow up call from phone interviewer if there was an offer or not. Show that you can be a worthy employee, still dress to impress and feel free to take notes, always follow up with things if you used "I'll get back to you on that".
Describe a process in detail, could be anything, how to build a house, how to fill your gas tank, the interviews just want to see how you explain a process.
