3 interviews. One phone, one Zoom, and one in person. The in-person one lasted 3 hours.....I almost missed my flight.
Got the job, worked there for a while but absolutely did not like the culture of leadership.
I applied online. I interviewed at HOYA Vision Care (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2020
Interview
Extremely transparent, with lots of communication regarding every step. It was a 5-week process, consisting of 5 separate interviews. 1 Phone call, 2 video, 2 face to face. There would have also been a ride along with another territory manger, however Covid-19 prevented that. Overall, it was a great experience, I had the opportunity to talk with employees in different roles which helped me make sure that Hoya was the right fit for me. As I went through the process, I only got more and more excited about the opportunity to work for Hoya.
