HP Hood interview questions

Two rounds interviews. One is from HR and the other one is from the manager. HR is really nice ask basic questions like why interest and relevant experience. The manager is ask similar job but more like if she wants to work with you.

Ghost Job, not actually hiring. I applied, and was granted a phone screening interview. I have experience with AP and a degree in Business Administration. Questions were simple, At the end of the screening interview I was told by the end of the day I would get a response about a 2nd interview. It’s been almost 2 months and it never came. The job is still up and gets reposted every week, obviously a ghost job.
