The process had 5-6 rounds, first one was group discussion, second had technical , english grammer, voice test via an app, followed by a soft skill face to face interview and two hr rounds.

Introduce yourself, why hp?, why tech support, some real time questions, few technical based questions, etc.
Easy level, intro technical questions related to pcs , communication skills accent , how do u handle stress , strength weakness, bsod questions , bios questions, customer satisfaction, overall easy level with min qualify metrics
It was good easy and very well comforting i have really enjoyed the experience because of the punctuality of hiring people and how nice they were to be RT pleasing
