I went first through a call interview with HR with general questions for soft skills and experience vs. job description. Then I had an interview with the person holding the position at that moment covering technical aspects of project management and experience fit with the role plus a bit more detail on the role. Then two interviews with the direct manager covering experience topics, working style, desired management style and benefits. Finally a Meeting with the future manager for salary offer.
