After WFR, HP says former employees have 60 days to seek other employment within the company. Problem is, even with layoff that is non-performance related, HP has a poor track record in re-hire. So even a good interview - mine was, often ends up as a black hole until a nice "no-reply" message tells you you were not selected and the posting has been closed. (Source HPAlumni)
