I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HR Green (Colleyville, TX) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process moved at a steady and professional pace. The company kept me well-informed about the next steps throughout, with no long delays or gaps in communication. Overall, there were three rounds, including a pre-screening with the recruiter, and the entire process was completed within a week.
The first interview was a screening with the recruiter, followed by a conversation with the CFO. The final round included two managers, a team member, and a direct report. I found this last step especially valuable, as it gave me a well-rounded perspective on the team and company culture.

Question 1
One key question I was asked was whether I’d be comfortable actively billing on projects while also fulfilling managerial responsibilities. (I appreciated their transparency about the expectations of the role.)
I met the representative at a virtual career fair. Very relaxed discussion on school goals and career goals. Informal offer of internship but declined. The representative was very nice and informative.
