HR&A Advisors interview questions

Phone screening, take home assessment, interview with Sr. Analyst and Associate. I thought the interview process was fine, I really enjoyed talking to my interviewers and even thought that I aced my last interview. I was not rewarded the position in the long run. Think that my resume and interested were more than on par with this position, so not really sure what they were looking for. Would study most on personal narrative, interview was somewhat technical from my interviewers based on my background and interests.

Behavioral questions during the 1st round, then they send an assessment on economic development questions. Very simple, I dont think there could be a wrong answer - but you'd have to be able to back up your data declarations.
