Telephone interview and then set up an in person interview. Was asked to plan to be there for 4 hours. Met with hiring manager and then two peer interviews. Filled out a long application form. Completed IQ test.

Interview
The interview process is vastly different depending who is doing the interview. I believe most interviews for technical positions are now done with more traditional questions like, how would you do X. My interview was a long time ago and may not totally reflect the current practices. I have however had discussions about the process with some of the newer employees.
