Psychometric tests which included situational tests where i had to record video answers and sometime type out answers as well. Final stage was assessment centre where I had another round of tests with video answers and then 2 rounds of interview.

Job simulation - around 30 mins which require you to give recommendation to a client (low risk) on a number of stocks and bonds
Also reply to her when she's not satisfied with the recommendation (test on your client services)
