A phone call was scheduled and the interviewer was very nice and just asked a few competency questions about leadership and time management and then some questions about why I wanted to work at HSBC and why I wanted the spring intern role.

1 - CV upload (quite alright, seems to pass through an algorithm because I got through to the next step in about five minutes)
2 - assessment centre – combination of numerical and value based – numerical stuff is quite easy, no advanced maths at all, values are subjective
3 - assessment centre (with video recordings necessary, not really any technical questions )

Hirvue interview and basically you just get thrown into different simulations that you are likely to find in the job scenario and they want to test how you react to these situations by recording a video response
