The interview was a Face to face interview, short apt test is required after application submission. When interview was asked about behavioral questions and previous working experiences related to the role.
Several interviews including group interview and 1-on-1 and case study analysis. Final interview with business head. Interview question include both technical questions and general questions about character and leadership quality.
It was a smooth process. There were 2 rounds of interview. The first round was completely technical where I was asked questions about my experience, projects and given a couple of technical questions. The second round was more techno-managerial where I was given some scenarios to understand my approach.
